Christmas music FAIL

I love Christmas music.  So much so that I've been listening to it since the beginning of November on Pandora.  Now that they play it on 2 local radio stations?  I'm in hog heaven.

One of my favorites is Baby, It's Cold Outside.  Doesn't matter which version...I just love the catchiness of the music and lyrics.  Problem is that I've been singing it wrong for like ever.  Instead of "...at least there will be plenty implied", I've been singing "...at least there will be plenty of pie".

Umm, FAIL.

I've got it down now, thank goodness.  Too bad it took me until now to figure that one out!

I think I like the pie version better! And if it is cold outside, wouldn't a warm slice of apple pie taste delicious?

I used to think that the Winter Wonderland line, "Later on we'll conspire as we sit by the fire," was actually, "Later on we'll perspire as we sit by the fire." Embarrassing (and gross)!

I can only imagine the lyrics that I'm singing wrong. It's too easy to just say what sounds good!

Hey, and if you ask me, at least the lyrics you were singing make SENSE! :)

I vote for keeping it the way you have been singing it. It's a better version... :)

LMAO!!! Phil Collins "In The Air Tonight" he said "a pack of lies" and I used to think it was "apacalice" but I had no idea what that meant. :) XOXO
